Michael S. Dinney has over 30 years of experience providing estate planning and administration services to clients. Mr. Dinney’s practice also includes significant real estate transactional work wherein he routinely negotiates and drafts commercial lease agreements, negotiates and prepares loan documents, contracts, management agreements, financial documents, easement agreements and license agreements. Mr. Dinney also represents franchisees and negotiates and drafts franchise agreements and related documents.
